Regency House

Regency House is a prime example of high-quality, serviced office space in Hull City Centre. Allenby Commercial worked closely with Humberside Police to deliver a bespoke, high-specification building that met their needs, staying within budget and on schedule.

This well-designed office building was created specifically for Humberside Police, who could not find a suitable space elsewhere. The project was completed with a top-tier internal fit-out, in line with the detailed specifications required. Upon completion, the building was sold to Humberside Police, who continue to operate from the site.
