There’s a lot to update you on across our sites in Hull and the wider Humber region, with a fully let phase now complete at Priory Park East. Here’s the latest progress across our portfolio.
The Point at Priory Park East
Exciting developments are taking shape at The Point Priory Park East, with phase 2 now being fully let and the building/construction works coming to a close.
Attention to Detail (ATD), who already operate from a unit with us in phase one of the development, have taken two spaces in phase two as well. Not only expanding their business, but also their trust with us as their landlord.
Harry Hall, founder of ATD Automotive, said: “The location of The Point and access is much better for us because a lot of our clients are based out of town. In keeping with typical Allenby Commercial standards, everything is such high quality, and this location is providing us with the opportunity to grow even further”.
With phase two fully let and construction underway, interest in phase three has been strong before a single unit has gone up. We’ve now submitted planning for the next stage of the development and are waiting on a decision.
The Trade Yard in Beverley
At The Trade Yard in Beverley, the last remaining unit is now under offer. Once that completes, the site will be fully let, taking our refurbished build of the former Bartoline units to full capacity.
Monocle
At Monocle, our redeveloped landmark office and studio space next to Paragon Interchange, the first floor is now fully let. Award-winning accountancy and business education provider, First Intuition are among the businesses who have taken space there. The final studio, Studio 270 on the second floor, front-facing, has now completed, with the tenant having moved in. That means our managed office space across floors one and two at Monocle is now fully let, with floors three to five still in discussion separately.
