Venture Business Park

Purchased in 1999, this development marked a significant milestone for Allenby Commercial and laid the foundation for what would become our ‘Trade Yard’ brand. Located on Witty Street, one of Hull’s key industrial areas, the site has since attracted some of the city’s most prominent trade counter and industrial businesses.

The development placed a strong emphasis on high-quality design and landscaping, with the distinctive angled cladding inspired by railway sleepers in the landscaped borders. Covering a total of 16 units, the site offers a variety of spaces, including larger standalone units and smaller terrace units, providing flexibility for a diverse mix of occupiers.
